Purchases and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information. You further agree to promptly update all order-related information, including payment card expiration date and email address so that we can complete your transactions or contact you as needed. Value added tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. Payments will be carried out in US dollars, Euro or GBP.

The purchases carried out through https://www.mapnomad.com are non-recurring purchases. The price of shipping is included in the purchase price. You agree to the understanding that external circumstances can cause delay in the order delivery time. This implies that up to 30 days after placing the order, you will not be entitled for refund.

Return policy

Once you have confirmed the order by pressing the "place order", it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some details such as the address, please contact mapnomad as soon as possible. Mapnomad is not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. Product replacements and refund requests will be reviewed for requests issued within 14 days after an order has been placed. If a product has gone missing, or turns out to be damaged or shows print error, mapnomad will replace the product with a new product or provide a refund. To issue a refund request or product replacement, please contact info@mapnomad.com with supporting evidence. These requests will be processed within five(5) working days. When a customer has entered incorrect information, for example a delivery address or personalization, mapnomad cannot be held accountable for the mistake, but will always look for a satisfactionary solution. Because products sold by mapnomad are individualized, there is no right of withdrawal for the ordered product after the order has been placed.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
